Anshu Gupta

Founder & CEO

Anshu is the Founder and CEO at VelocityX. A former Partner at C4D Partners (Impact focused VC Fund) and Head of Investments at Ana Data (US), Anshu has invested over USD 250 million across various sectors and stages in India and the US over the span of his two-decade career. He was a founding member of HT Media’s investment team and managed Equity, Real Estate, and VC/ LP investments during his time at HT. Anshu also served as an Interim COO of a Fintech in the US and scaled it to operational profitability. He is an advisor / angel investor in over 30 startups. Anshu holds a BBS from Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies (SSCBS), University of Delhi and is a Sloan Fellow Masters from London Business School. His passion to create businesses that last, led him to start VelocityX.

Ankur Bhatia

Entrepreneur in Residence

Ankur is an Entrepreneur in Residence at VelocityX. He brings with him over 20 years diversified experience in corporate sector in Healthcare, International Trade, and Financial Services. He was earlier the Co-founder of Wellcure.com, a preventive and holistic healthtech startup. Ankur has also held leaderships roles at StrideOne, Austrade and Yes Bank.

He has done EPGDIB from IIFT and BBS from Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies, University of Delhi. Ankur has attended an Executive program on Negotiation from Wharton Business School, US.
